You may already be aware but as of last month our company, Kodiak Property Maintenance, purchased Shepherd Landscaping from Colt. We have been working with him to make sure the transition is done seamlessly so there are no surprises or interruptions in your service and have been servicing your yards this entire month.

We are not going to be making any major changes for the most part, we simply want to keep servicing your yards and make sure you are taken care of the same way you have been over your past time with Colt’s business or maybe even a little better. We are very appreciative of your business and we promise to earn your business over the coming months and beyond.

Our company is family owned and operated by brothers Codee Turley and Ken Turley. We believe in communication and want to make sure that if you ever have any questions or concerns you know that you can feel free to contact us via text, phone call, or email. One area that will be just a tad different is our billing system. You will get invoices sent to you automatically via email or text message each and every month. You should be getting those invoices for August over the next few days. There is a link to pay via credit/debit card on each invoice for simplicity and it makes things much easier for us. We will accept Cash, Check, Venmo, ACH, or Credit/Debit Card.

The last thing we want to do is force you to use a method you don’t want to use and you can choose from any of the options listed above. However our preferred payment method is via AutoPay at the end of each month. It is super simple to set up and then nobody has to worry about sending or receiving payment each month and nobody gets behind. It saves us a world of time and is easier on you as well.
